Location is good. No any food available in this hotel during our visit. But there is no any maintenance in the room & bathroom. Rats were inside the room which damage our luggage, also waste our food. There was no attended to in look after this. Our experience is very bad in this hotel.

Firstly no parking available. The room had no fans ac not working properly. The room had lizards. No toilerteries provided. I would request make my trip to refund part of my payment because that was hopeless i left and booked another one

Location of hotel is very good it is in the centre place shops and departmental stores are near by, i think it is cheapest and best hotel to stay, staff was very supportive and hotel was very clean

The Hotel was quite close to the ram Jhula and Laksman Jhula. The room of mine was a little congested but the facilities and the washroom were quite nice. The cleanliness was great here and the ambiance was majestic.

Very poor service. No phone, no hot water, no electric board with good condition, no clean towel, no clean blanket, unclean bathroom. Extra charge asked to me. Single bed provided instead double bed

Extremely bad experience. Asked for extra money, arguing that I had booked a double bed for 5 person by mistake. Finally, provided a small room. There is a store room with lots of garbage, bad smell uncleaned room inside the room provided to us. The electric board is broken, no switches are working, geyser was not working, towel and blankets are very dirty as well as bad smell coming from it.
