soloIt's horrible place to stay. Only one guard is there. No reception no other staffs members to help. The place is very very dirty and bed like a iron. Ac is not working tv not working neither wifi. I can't able to drink water there as bottle look very old and it's not sealed. It was a big mistake to booked that place. And no one help me to resolve the issues. Please don't book this place. They did not gave anything to cover my body. Any how i spent the night and come out early morning and went to other hotels

It's not clean at all. Located in a posh area like Hawaii ore and charging so much for a room per day they have provided nothing as promised the room very too small. The pot seats were broken. It's a very bad experience in whole.

The location of the property was good. The rooms and cleanliness in the property were very well maintained. The staffs were very helpful and co-operative. I would just like to suggest that they should improve the quality of the food that they are providing.

coupleI loved the Kolkata trip with my family at the property. The host was friendly and cooperative, staffs were mannered. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The property interior was also very good. At first, the service was not that good what we expected but after informing the reception about the service they provide us great service. Highly recommend the property to others.

Very poor worst felt like I am in horror bungalow, no other guest we are only there, room was full of dust. I got allergy due to dust linen, very dirty bathrooms, no words, only one night, guard with rude behavior, my worst experience. I never want that what I suffered these to ever anyone suffer. Very very worst.

Poor stay. No recharge in tv by them. No hotel staff after 9 o' clock at night. No water in the morning for washroom. In MMT site hotel photo didn't match with hotel room.
