Not clean, the bedsheet all had fresh strain marks & the washroom was also not clean. When asked to change the bedspread fresh, the person in charge said he can't change it, he replied stating it was not fresh strains and strains are due to repetitive use. As if I don't know the strains caused by fresh and repetitive use and wash. The toilet sink also got all used strains

The reception is on the first floor and the hotel entrance remains locked at night due to lack of security guard. We were a bit early for check-in (8 am) and had to shout our lungs out to wake up the hotel staff when there was no answer to our phone calls even after calling the hotel staff continuously for 15-20 mins. Ventilation is non-existent in the hotel rooms except for the AC. There is no restaurant in the hotel, even for a cup of tea you need to get it from outside. There was no room service throughout the stay. We had to explicitly request for basic toiletries and get a water bottle for the room. Pathetic hotel. Had the worst experience ever staying at this hotel. Not at all suitable for a family stay.

Hotel was booked 10 days before for 2 days and 3 rooms. We got the confirmation of the rooms and money got debited. However when arrived at location they said its not available and they had email to fab department. We were stranded at reception and adding to it i had 5 senior citizen with me. When called helpdesk at Fab they put on hold and never came back. It was frustrating....
