Very poor, bad experience, Fan noise was like chopper, Room was dirty not cleaned since long, TV AC was not working. Soap, Towel nothing is provided by management.

Make my trip Kindly block and ben this hotel, this hotel staff dont know how to treat customer service I had book hotel last night they said go there is no room and your money will be collect direct make my trip 11.30 reach Customer care not provide me refund and another hotel at night 11.30 to 1.30 total cumunication no use of it.

booked 2 premium rooms,but the hotelier was reluctant to give us the booked rooms and instead they first showed us the standard smaller rooms. after complaining regarding the mosquitos, they later changed our rooms. The premium rooms were spacious and it was clean but the AC was not functioning properly and there was a water leakage. hot water was not available in one washroom as the geyser was malfunctioned. Overall the stay was fine but the hotel manager needs to maintain the room properly.

The hotel restaurant was not functional which was not mentioned on the booking page. The room service was very slow. Also there was issue with washroom cleanliness. Would expect much more due diligence from a brand like make my trip
