I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, which made me feel welcome. The room was clean and had everything i needed. Other services were also good, and i didn’t have any problems. The location was okay

Everything was good except i stayed at the top floor of the room and the room's washroom had so many sudden ants from the back of toilet seat, so i was not able to use that anymore else Everything was great!

It was okay, room was nice but too small and it was on 3rd floor with no lift

location is not good..no lift available for top floor rooms and very difficult for seniors to climb..very limited services available...not worth the amount..

First my booking was confirmed then i received call that room is not available, cancellation request has been raised. Till now i have not received my refund

Exilent stay

good. As I have not expected from make my trip such a hotel which lacks lots of issue like room is too small, up and down stores with small gali. And also no clean bedsheets.

Rooms are not cut in the square or rectangular shapes, the entire property and the rooms are cut in parallelogram shape. No buffet system for the breakfast that i paid for, you can only choose 1 of 3-4 items and that'll be delivered to your room. The zipper of the blanket's cover was broken and i kept tangling our legs in the open cover while sleeping. The staff was polite and good though.
