Ever Fresh Cottages

I went to Ooty and stayed in this cottage. The location of the cottage was excellent The appearance of the cottage was excellent internally and externally. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. The staff members were helpful and friendly in service. Overall service in the cottage was excellent The room in the cottage was excellent and it was well maintained with all basic amenities in working condition The food served in the cottage was excellent in quality and taste I did not utilize any of activities in the cottage.

The service of the cottage was good The allotted room was good in the cottage, I didn't taste food from the cottage The activities were not arranged by the cottage. I had visited this cottage for relaxation purpose with family. I went to this cottage by my own vehicle The parking facility was available at the cottage There was no delay in check in and checkout The WiFi facility was not provided by the cottage I would recommend this cottage for upcoming travelers.

The cottage is located conveniently in city and my overall experience at this cottage was average. The surrounding of the cottage is average The staff were average in services. The room given to me was average and maintained in clean condition with all the essential amenities The food quality at the cottage was poor As per my stay I can say the cottage is average but very expensive.

The stay was very good, only the issue was that they don't have any parking area. The location was easy to find. It is Worth the amount we pay to the property. The room was very much comfortable to stay in.

It was easy to locate the cottage and staff was helpful with a lot of things. However, Around half of the things that are mentioned online are not available, like there was no restaurant, no breakfast facility. The room quality is medium (not good). In the lobby area, the furniture is not properly cleaned. With respect to expectations, stay was not at par. Still, it was fun.
