Lift was not working so had to go by stairs to 3rd floor. Room was okay. Washrooms could be cleaner.

I have made full amount in advance on make my trip and when i reached yhey y old me to 500 rs cash more other wise they will not gave me room that was horrible experience for me

Worst check in denied and got me in trouble

The hotel was pathetic. Room was not cleaned. Washroom was also the same. The bedsheet was dirty. The paint of the walls were scary due to water

Their rooms look nothing like the pictures. The staff of hotel denied us for providing even the basic amenities and their room was extremely smelly and suffocated. They were extremely rude to us.

very bad experience we already paid the breakfast and full payment but they can't provide breakfast and charge 200 extra.

Return my money for this pathetic hotel

I had booked first of all hotel denied checkin saying they don't except booking and asked for extra 1000 rs. I somehow managed to check in after paying 500 extra. Room felt like it was used 2-3 times before and not cleaned. Now water or towel provided by the hotel. Floor had lot of dust. Bedsheets seemed like they had not been washed even after 5-10 uses. I had to lay my cloths on the bed and sleep on them. Absolutely horrible experience

I was not allowed to checkin by the hotel. Please get a refund

Ok let me make it clear in few points 1- hotel was not clean at all used plastic bottles unused food and food packets were spread in lobby area 2- staff was also not very supportive 3- water came after 6 hours off checking-in that too after continuing complaining atleast 10 times. 4- during booking it was mentioned that breakfast will be involved in the package but denied. In short this was the worst hotel i've ever stayed

It’s an apartment building I have stayed in no star and also 7 star hotels .This is really bad . Please do avoid ! Reception is bad . Thought the rooms would be decent . But was even worst . I called a friend and asked to fetch me . Checked out. - Zero on cleanliness : all sorts of stains one can think of was on bed sheet, bed spread , towel. The room has an extremely foul smell too . I had covered my face with a muffler until my friend came to fetch me . I refused to sit on the bed even for a second . Was better to sit on the floor waiting . Was that bad !!! - extremely noisy : can hear exactly what’s happening in the rooms around you . Every now and then door bells ringing and “housekeeping” noise to be heard all the time . Rooms are not at all noise proof. - building neighborhood : quite a bit in the interiors and the roads are so narrow and undone ! - Reception : there is a ramp but no use . Can’t drag the bags ! Asked for assistance but they refused ! Was a matter of only 2 stairs but was too heavy for me to lift lift.
