Front office staff was friendly, and warm. Check in was fast. Stay was good and it's near highway. Hotel food was good.

Rooms were clean. Staffs were responsive. Overall good experience. Only thing is that we asked for breakfast after 8 am in the morning but it was unavailable. People often start sightseeing from morning onward s in such cases breakfast is needed early. We had to take breakfast outside for this.

Sitting chairs in the room, do not have nut-bolt. Person can fell from it. Staff are cooperative. Cleanliness in washroom is not up to the mark

Bad room service with no facilities. Costly

Don't go to this hotel. There is no proper food service. They won't have shampoo or willingness to arrange. They will be eager to check you out by reminding again and again your check out to. Also there is discrepancies in the room price by the way hotel and MMT. MMT charges way more than hotel. It's better to book directly from hotel. Don't go with the pics shared.

The location is close to all main attraction. Staff were very polite and service was good. They were very cooperative. Clean rooms. Food could have been better and over priced. Overall stay was good.

It was my first trip to Lonavala. And I was confused how to go and where to stay. But when I searched hotel in make my trip I found reasonable price of hotels with exciting discount .. I found ashray resort in my budget. As it was not so far from Lonavala market and its highway touch. There is no water park .. But as it says ashray resort, but apparently I booked super deluxe room that has bathtub. So I was happy .. The room service is good. And the food quality is OK .. Best part is kitchen is open 24/7 ..

Room was good .. Staff are supporting however food facilities was not there you need to go nearest restaurants to have your food . . Overall it was good stay. Location is jzz next to neeta travel office. Easy to get the bus Neal.
