i would love to share my opinion on this particular stay as it was a horrific adventure regarding what is so called hotel stays. unmanaged rooms, dirty bathroom, mini zoo infront of the room as monkey 🐒 were a regular visitors. yes one high thing was only the hotel price else everything was a big low. no

Will suggest not to visit this hotel any time. You can stay on dharmshala or trust wrather then this. The rooms are very dirty not go with this images they have uploaded as these are 4 years old. Blanket are very dirty. Bathrooms are also not cleaned. I will suggest if they are still giving you free of cost then not visit it. You will get ill there its all about safety.

Location was good but hotel rooms were very unhygienic and very expensive. Very small room. Lot of waste thrown on roof top.

Very shabby property. Although it is located at very prime location, the rooms are very untidy

The room which they provided us was soo unhygienic. All the beddings be it pillow, bed sheet, blanket everything was stinking. There were so many mosquitos. And the floor was dirty. Washroom were dirty and stinking. When we asked hotel staff to clean it they asked for extra money. Cleanliness is the basic thing which a hotel provides and they are asking money for something which is their duty. It was a pathetic stay and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just ok stay, very low on amenities lacked major facilities, everything had to be asked, further prices were high.

I paid 8400 for one night to this hotel. The hotels rooms were very dirty. Bathrooms were stinking. There was no water in bathrooms so forget about hot water. We could not get fresh even. And service man was aksing me to understand that they cannot supply water as all rooms are full. The worth of the room was 500 i spend 8400

Rooms are poor and lacks cleaning, washroom was leaking and not proper clean. Food not available all time. Just situated at mall road. Avoided stay with family if you can afford above 2k budget.

Overall all good for family. Staff were very friendly and helped us with luggage and other necessary stuff.
Overall stay was peaceful but washroom was not in very cleaned state.

Location is little uphill. Food is not that great ad per taste and price. Service is just ok.

The hotel is located on the mall road and is near to the lake. Staff are very helpful and cooperative. Hot water is available from 8 am to 10 am. The only problem which we faced was the slant pathway of about 50 meter which you have to walk to reach the hotel.

I have stayed in this Hotel from 21st Feb 2020 to 24th Feb 2020. Its 3 night booking done from app. It's a budget hotel for couples and small families It is walking distance from Mall Road, Naini Lake, Naina Devi Temple, Tibbat and Bhutia market. You can stay here for 2-3 nights. There are 15 rooms in this hotel. Hotel admin person is helpful person for anything required. Only constraint is that hot water available in morning 8 Am till 11 Am only. They have small kitchen where food and tea/coffee served to order basis. But their are many food restaurants nearby this area so I preferred to go outside for food. You can easily go Mall Road, Naina devi temple, Bhutia and Tibbat market, Naini Lake etc these are within 500 meter distance only. There is no parking zone on Mall Road so you have to park your vehicle in government approved dedicated parking place which is nearby Jama Masjid area. Its happy stay and I recommend this hotel for budget category.

Location was fantastic. But service is poor. The property needs maintenance badly. Every room should have electric kettle in hilly areas. They provide hot drinking water upon asking. Hot water in washroom runs from 8.00 to 11.00 AM only. If you need budget stay, this is a good option with some adjustments and in a very good location.
