Great property with one of the best views of the sea, access to private and very clean beach...their infinity pool itself is worth the money....definitely try the spa...the only reason to give 4 stars is the lack of warmth from the staff (not rude but very transactional)

Worst property ever I would say. Worst location, worst rooms. Room was like i have no words to explain how terrible it was. It’s bathroom was open bathroom and number of insects including leeches were roaming here and there. Won’t stay there even if they offer it in free. I had a booking from 10th March till 17th march but stayed there only the checkin night because we reached there late so i had no option but to stay there that night. But the very next morning i moved out of that property with my family and left the booking in between and money was also wasted. Never ever in my dreams, i will go there.

I really enjoyed my stay alot. View scenic view really nice. Staffs are really humble and respectful towards everyone. Food is really nice. Its totally relaxing and peaceful place

Bliss..Right from check-in to checkout all went perfectly...Only remorse was i stayed only a day ..The pool views are stunning.The view from restaurant...must see to believe ..The ala Carte Dinner was yummy..Set admist nature the cottages are a lovely nest..The restaurant staffs approach and attention to guests were wow (Siva, n others too). will I repeat...Hell S

This is a ordinary property with lack of basic amenities. We have booked two rooms and air conditioner was not working in one room and shower was not working in another room. Rooms are old styled night shelter category. Pathetic experience and mm t has categories it in luxury property. How unfair it is.

Nestled in the middle of arabian sea and the cliffs of kovalam, this resort is the perfect blend of uber luxury and underrated peacefulness. Huge property built on a hill overlooking the sea with large rooms. And best feature is open air enclosed shower areas. Food is reasonably priced.

My stay at the property was so nice and i will never forget the experience at the resort, there was a delay in check-in rest was so smooth. We join the morning yoga class and also enjoy the sunset from the pool. Will come back here soon.

The resort is located right on the beach with well appointed rooms. Service is excellent and the staff is very hospitable. Would strongly recommend in case you looking for a family trip.

Beautiful property & right on the beach. Rooms are good with fancy open bathrooms. Breakfast has very limited options, could be improved. This resort is 20 min drive 10 km away from kovalam city & kovalam beach area.

Resort and location is good but service level is not upto the mark. Hospitality is average. Restaurant is very small and takes at least an hour to serve the order. Room service is poor. Overall not value for the price they charge.

The overall ambience was good, the food was average. The room was spacious but the bed was not comfortable. Tv was against the living area not against the bed. It was peaceful

Stepping into niraamaya is like stepping into paradise. The place is heavenly and a day spent here is one of the most pleasant time you can experience. The view of the beach from the resort is to die for.

It is one of the best resort. The private beach is awesome. It offers a peaceful and serene stay away from the hustle bustle of the city. A must visit if you want to breathe a lot-of oxygen and detox yourself.
