Mystic Lachung Retreat

This was our best experience from room to food and everything this was best hotel we got, i'm from chhattisgarh and i will suggest everyone that this is the best hotel even for unmarried couples

Nothing to say good. As per cost, room condition is very poor. No heater, no mineral water, no generator. Geysers available, but working short time. No utensil for use. Only one tv & wooden almirah.

I like the hotel . Source are very limited but still they have give a lot of option thumbs up for retreat

Room is filthy food is horrible no Intercom. Location is okay but the owner manager Mukesh is very arrogant and doesn't have courtesy to talk to customers. Overall pathetic and filthy definitely not worth money.

Good location but worst service. Electricity problem. Water problem. Good view. Average behavior of staff. No hot water in cold weather. Food quality is OK but quantity is not so good. You can visit with friends, but not with kids. Manager is helpful, but staff shortage.

I had been there with a bunch of friends to visit Lachung. The rooms were better and spacious than in the photos. The staff was short in number and there was only 1 guy who would cook, serve, provide amenities etc. The toiletries like bath towels and toilet papers were not there when we checked into the room and the guy took a couple of hours to provide those. Apart from this it was a decent stay as we just halted for the night.

The carpets were worn out. It seemed as if they have not been cleaned since a long time. Food quality was very bad. In most of the dishes they had put potato. Also hygiene not maintained in the hotel. There is no hand shower in wash room, though it is a western type. It is not near to the market. The location of the hotel is also bad. Entrance of the Hotel is at 20 ft height from the ground, hence a person has to take a long and stiff staircase to enter in to the hotel. Not suitable for family.

The hotel is located at Lachung, but not near to the market. Food is manageable. The staff and room service are good. Rooms are also cleaned. But the people those who cannot take staircase, should not stay in this hotel. Senior citizens are not recommended for this hotel, as there is no lift. There is no hand shower in wash room, though it is a western type. Room is very good and location is also good but quality food not available. Not suitable for family. Staff are very bad. They have no manner at all. I request no body book this hotel. Totally wastage of money. Staff misbehave with my family. Food quality very bad. They serve only sara hua Dal and potato with rice.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and had all time running hot water. Food was quite tasty and service was good. Only negative is that it is a bit outside the central area of Lachung. Nice experience overall.

It was best hotel ever.. I have not been at any hotel before which is as good as this.. I just love it.. The location, the service, the facilities, the room and the behaviour was best... I just love them... And the food my god.. My mia I have not tasted any veg food ever which is sooo good and yummy... I always think that if I will eat something then it will be non veg.. Veg is waste of money... But at this hotel, my opinion was changed.. Veg can be as good as non veg, actually better..

Appeared to be a relatively new hotel in this area. Decent spacious rooms and average cleanliness. The food served as part of the inclusions, the room rent is good. The view of the mountains from some of the rooms in the hotel is very good. Overall, decent and worth a stay.

Rooms are below average. Price charged for 3 star property however, no basic amenities. Note that all room are same still they charged hefty amount by classifying as super deluxe. Extra person charged to me and no extra bed being provided. Food was homely and okay. Breakfast was pathetic with no options.

I went to Lachung on 26-03-2016 and stayed in Tenzing Retreat Villa. Located on the main road with Car parking. Rooms are neat and clean with attached toilets, beds are very comfortable with very good sleep quality. I should thank Mr. Prabhakar and Mr. Shantanu for giving me very good and tasty food in the restaurant. Overall, very comfortable stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is so-so, but the staff were good and comparative. One can stay for one night, they take extra charges for heater that is not good. We have to wait for food also, as they bring from market after ordering. Overall, it is good for one night.

We are totally 5 friends stayed in this hotel. We got triple bedded room. Every facilities were served for the booking - Kettle, water heater in bathroom, blankets etc. Apart from this, we were served with food as per menu and also members in the hotel played light music at the time of dinner to make us happy. That is only to entertain the tourist. Book in make my trip with coupons. We booked for 800Rs- triple room.
