The place is ok but not heater in room for that temperature and no running hot water could do better in cooking basics aren’t upto the mark only one night stay not more than that only good thing was view with tea at morning thank you

Totally satisfied with the service ….there’s one suggestion there should be proper menu for the guests instead of the buffet…

Location is good, rooms are good. Food was good, well behaved staff. Not too costly. Go for an evening walk after checking in.

Power backup problem all night there was no power even though they won't provide power backup from dg or any alternate sourse. In morning no power backup for geyser and also not provided hot water for bath. Water was chilling.

Overall experience is good, but there are issues with the water supply in this hotel. We didn't get any water in the washrooms for 5 hours after checking in, and for the last 2 hours while checking out. The cost of the foods are a bit overpriced compared to their taste and quality.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good. We had our breakfast and dinner included. Food quality was really good, as well the quantity

Dirty Floors, Unhappy Stay  One of the few good things about this hotel is the friendly manager, Mr. Sonam, who always greets you with a warm smile. However, there were several issues during our stay. The room condition was disappointing as the floors were very dirty, which was especially uncomfortable since it was bitter cold outside. We requested for slippers to protect our feet from the cold, but Mr. couldn't arrange them. The bathroom and bedroom floors were also not cleaned, as there were no other staff available at the hotel except for Mr. Additionally, our room was located in a spot where everyone could see us, which lacked privacy, and there was a constant sound of a running stream. On the positive side, the food was nicely prepared and Mr. Sonam ensured that it was provided early when we were hungry and also arranged for an early breakfast when we wanted to leave early the next morning. The food was tasty. However, the dirty floors were a major disappointment and prevented me from giving Mystique Valley a five-star review.

Very disappointing stay. No electricity, no hot water. Food and service was bad. I have booking for two night but i could only stay for 1 night due to lack of basic amenities.

Not value for money. Not more than 2. 5 star. I don’t know how this property got more than for star.

no power for full day, worst is the support system in this crisis situation!! i shall never recommend anyone about this hotel. 👎🏿. myself was down with severe hypothermia like symptom due to very low temperature outside ( 1-2deg c), however no support from hotel.

Very nice neat and clean rooms, nice and cooperating staff. Very spacious hotel. Very nice dining hall. I also liked aunty's shop adjoining the hotel, where drinks are available along with fire sigadi warm

Location &views- the view of valley and hotel situated here are just heartfullfilling. Sorrunded by mountains range from 3 direction and classical sounds of tees-ta river welcomes each and every guests. Views from hotels room are just fab. Village and high peak of the hills range will give you peace to the mind. Parking spaces- this property has plenty of spaces for the parking either car or bikes. One no need to park their road sides. Staffs: all staffs are young blood, well cultured, well discipline, very much co-operative and soft spoken. Hotel manager (sonam) is too talented and got wonderful and amazing voice. As per theme from property, every evening for min 1 hour he entertains his guests with his beautiful voice nu singing bollywood songs. Apart from this, he got very good sense of humour. In short- multi talented. Vijay and hriday these too guys are also very nice and make sure all requets from guests should get fulfilled. Food- chef is good, taste of foods are really nice and reminds you village and classical touch. Overall; these guys really doing good. Keep this up.

When we reached the hotel, there was stack of wood at the entrance and no one bother to help how to get in the hotel. After getting in the room, there was dirty used bedsheets and pillow cover. We requested to change but the staffs are so rude and not changed the same. Kitchen is very dirty and anyone who once look into the kitchen couldn't eat the food. We struggled for getting each small necessary service like drinking water, food at time. The staffs always use to play video games and if you ask for something they are getting annoyed. We requested for breakfast and they said only two breads & omelet they can serve and nothing else. Only good thing is that the manager/receptionist is a good singer. The property is good but not maintained properly and staffs are terribly bad.
