A very fantastic and memorable stay. The hotel is set in a very beautiful landscape with mountains and waterfalls around it.

The staff at the property were very unhelpful. Did not agree to the amenities mentioned on MakeMyTrip. Power backup was biggest concern. We had to spend whole night without electricity. And in this chilly cold weather, it was hard to use chilled water for every use from bathing to drinking. The staff did not respond, did not pick our call, did not respond to continuous knocking on their door in the morning. They mentioned that they will start generator at 6 in the morning. But we waited till 7 and no one from the staff was available to help with any need.

Kee Rong Cottages in Lachung has an amazing scenic location and comfortable rooms. The beds come with an inbuilt heated mattress which is much needed. The staff are hospitable and guide you with all the queries. - The property offers stunning balcony views of waterfalls and mountains, and the landscaped surroundings provide a tranquil atmosphere. - Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with amenities like heating pads, which are especially appreciated in the cold Lachung weather. - Opt for the Orchid Delux Premium which gives an awesome balcony view and is value for money.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms had all the basic amenities and the restaurant had a good spread of breakfast and dinner. but with a remote location like Lachung , it was one of the best stay.

no electricity ,, no electricity backup was there full time we were there and no staff support. staff was very rude.

Stayed in deluxe rooms. The views are great. Rooms are spacious enough for 3 adults. Service was good. Meal is served as unlimited buffet 400pp and was very tasty.

Um m the rooms are good but the manager out there is a bit rude and i don't probably like his attitude

The locations and rooms are excellent the fried roce was exceptional but not the chow mein was not pleasing the rates for food are a bit on the higher side overall great place and the rooms also have bed heating pads which was a lifesaver and the caretaker vikram was very helpful and was very helpful with local delicacies and pointing to the local attractions.

Stay was good, location is managible, food quality is ok, service is not up to mark. My costly sun glass missed in the room but i couldn't get back my sun glass. If this happened to me how can i recommend to my large group of contact? better not to speak about the good things about the hotel

Review - 1. Best location in lac-hung- no obstruction in view. View from room bed is superb- great mountain& waterfall view from bed & window 2. Bathrooms well appointed-much better than we expected in remote lachung 3. Staff less in number, but very helpful tip- take 1st floor room, which have balconies- even better to enjoy view.

The ambience was really good and staff was really good hotel location was awsm.

The three-night stay at this property in lachung was exceptional, offering a prime location with breathtaking views of majestic waterfalls from the bedroom balcony. The rooms were good - tidy, neat and clean but the staff were not professional and welcoming. Also the price of the food was too high.

Excellent & approachable location, very neat and clean room, uninterrupted hot water supply, Grand Mountain views, yummy yummy food and next level hospitality by the two beautiful hosts Mr Vikram Tamang & Mrs Rajni made me feel very special throughout the stay and I couldn’t stop my self from writing this wonderful review. My experience was so pleasant that all my tiredness of travelling went away when i am all excited to explore the Yumthang Valley and other beauties of sikkim. I loved everything and you will too. Highly recommend to all.

Location was nice and staff was supportive and friendly. Food and lodging facilities were best.

Staffs was very friendly and cooperative good food overall stay was good and pleasant. Breakfast option and dinner option was very limited yet it was good.
