Unhygenic, interrupted hot water supply

The hotel is very unhygenic, hot water supply is very interrupted. One of the worst stay during my sikkim visit.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was really enjoyable. The personnel provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to be helpful. Nice mountain view from room employee behaviour is outstanding. The room's mountain view was stunning, and the lunch was very superb.

Staff behaviour is good everything ran perfectly throughout our stay. The helpfulness and kindness of the employees. You will have no problem finding assistance. Each and every room is immaculate. Food was good the lodging has a breathtaking view of the mountains.

groupStaff was good and helpful but it seems, it’s an upcoming property. There is no permanent staff staying in the resort. The owner having another hotel nearby staff has to come from another hotel, whenever there is any issue. There was no water in the hotel and we have to wait for 30 minutes for water.

Dear guest, sorry for the inconvenience. We have permanent staff for this property. That week there was some pipeline issue from govt end so you had faced the water issue. However, water supply was resumed within 10 minutes. I will be happy to serve you again.

Best hotel to stay in Lachung in budget

Mr. Saurabh is very nice and helpful. This is a newly construction so rooms are very clean and especially bathroom. Parking is adequate. Location is awesome. Breakfast was better than what I expected. Best part is lunch and dinner is free. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.
