Lachung Pride

Everything was good from fooding to lodging. But I booked 2 Super Deluxe Rooms. But the gave only view delux rooms, the bed was queen bed. So if you are booking this hotel, before check in , mention the type of hotel rooms booked.

Good food, nice hospitality. Prompt housekeeping service, clean and comfortable room. Accommodation given to my Driver also

Location is very good. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was clean too. All premise was good except kitchen some time smells foul. The owner was very polite and kind hearted very cooperative staff

Not worth the rating and price. Heater is charged extra at 500 per night. Food is average and very delayed service. No proper explanation about facility in the property. Campfire is missing. As a complimentary breakfast you get either maggi or bread toast.

It's a fantastic hotel with a mountain with waterfall view on the front.and shop is downstairs plus general balcony.with fantastic breakfast and dinner.lovely staff. It's just we got the worst room I think with worst view I.e next construction building..but it was for one night so it was ok...but it is one of the best hotel available.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms were not as advertised in the photos. There was no hygiene and cleanliness. The bed sheets were stained. Even though they were eventually replaced, it ruined our experience. No tv in the room as well. Breakfast option was only oily poori and sabzi.

*lachung pride- overall this hotel has a great friendly vibe mainly due to the outgoing nature of their staff. The place is essentially run by 3-4 women who are kind, welcoming and very competent at managing everything. Special mention required for gin a who was very helpful. *pros* 1) staff is very good. Truly motivated and eager to ensure their guests are comfortable 2)they have generators to deal with power cuts and provide candles also 3) bathroom was clean. 4) room was warm, comfortable. 5) they have a room downstairs with wood fired stove where travellers are invited to sit around and chit chat and be warm whole dinner is prepared. 6) staff also advised on how to plan the trip, what to do at yumthang and what to eat etc so as not to suffer from altitude problem or due to long hours of travel in car. *cons * 1) there was no view from our room as the window opened towards the jungle. 2) only 2 light points work during power cut so mobile charging has to be done downstairs. 3) the menu is set for breakfast/lunch/dinner with limited choice but was quiet sufficient. 4) a previous guest had kicked the door and broken the latch on the door and they had not found a carpenter to fix it yet. Staff had to come up to help each time we wanted to lock or unlock the door and they too struggled with it. Still a memorable stay. Loved it.

The upkeep of the hotel and rooms can be much better. There was a musty air and several sockets did not work. Hot water was a concern too

Decent rooms, with home made food options (do not expect restaurant/room service. It is more like a homestay, with a lot of rooms and guests. Sometimes you might have to wait for the food. One should not opt the complementary breakfast option because breakfast timing is after 8 and in most of the cases one has to leave early morning. We had booked 2 super deluxe rooms with a view but only one had a view.

Food was not good and bed linen was not fresh. Hotel looks like a home stay. The staff was good and helpful.

The location of the day was excellent with views and good service by the team at the hotel. Wish to come back and will recommend others too !

Fabulous experience, they even gave us hot water even thou there was no power supply, great hospitality offered by owner

Service there was top notch, overall had a great experience staying there, every staff members are friendly and the owner is very generous and kind. Must recommended stay in lachung.

The place was very far off from the main city of lachung. The rooms were average. It did not have clean linen. We had to request them to change the linen. The food was good but a bit spicy and the orders for the same need to be given 2-3 hours in advance.

Very nice hotel, wonderful view from room, staff behaviour and food was also very nice, ll surely recommend this overall experience 5/5
