there was a smell in a room but when told to the reception they changed the room

I recently stayed at Mirage Hotel and had a pleasant overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and they were very kind to give early check-in. The location is great if you want to travel by metro as it is close to the metro station. The hotel rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Well maintained property serving good food. I will definitely stay with them again and recommend this hotel.

Good stay, nice location. Good service. Can be better off course like water tap in bathroom is not properly tuned for hot/cold shower. No napkin in the bathroom.

First time u stay in this stay. I expect good service . But in room there is no fridge we ask for cold water they said it's chargeable. So little dispointed .

The bell boy was not present. The lift sensors did not work, my mother got hit. They couldnt provide a mattress for infant.. Overall average stay

The hotel is located very close to airport. The check in was smooth, the rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet spread was good. My stay was comfortable and I recommend this hotel if you need to stay around airport.

Firstly there was no bell boy present, later the lift doors hit my mother as the sensors were not working properly. Further we asked to provide a mattress for infant for which they mentioned Rs 1500+ taxes as charge..

We stayed here for one night. The room was very comfortable and very functional. This hotel is located close to the airport and is walkable from two metro lines. The staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Great value for money.

Food: They have in-house restaurants offering good-quality food. The taste is impressive, though the prices are on the higher side. Amenities & Services: The hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Additional facilities include a gym, in-house bar, and a spacious seating area perfect for hangouts or discussions.

Stay at Mirage Hotel has been a fabulous experience. The room size and quality is excellent. The food is very delicious and value for money. Strongly recommended for a reasonable high quality stay.

From my recent visit to Mumbai on the long weekend, I booked Hotel Mirage international near airport. It is just under 2 KMs frim T1. Booking was easy and staff was courteous. Rooms are very Spacious with all the modern amenities. Breakfast had good variety of Indian and continental dishes. It is also connected via AQUA line Underground metro, which is recently introduced, also has stops at T1 and T2 terminals. Our stay was comfortable and value for money.

Hotel location is great, breakfast is pretty good, rooms are spacious, wash room space is adequate, work space is bit cramped, hospitality is good.

Big room size very neat and very clean room good breakfast and staff are very friendly most important is very close to T2
