Cleanliness
The property is well-maintained and squeaky clean. Guests appreciated the cleanliness of the property and found it to be well-maintained. However, some guests did mention that the washroom could have been cleaner.
Amenities

However, some guests did mention that the AC in one of the bedrooms did not cool properly and needed servicing. The kitchen only has a fridge, electric kettle, plates, and glasses, and no cooktop or microwave. Only one bathroom has a geyser, and the plastic hot tub has a geyser, but it is mostly unusable because birds come and make a nest on it every night. There are no closets, no full-length mirror, and no lines for drying clothes.

However, some guests did mention that the apartment is just below the terrace, so the other bedroom is uncomfortable, and the attached bathroom is small, with taps and shower heads having blockage with minimum water pressure. The showerhead was totally blocked and didn't work. The other bathroom is tiny and fairly uncomfortable to use, although the shower there did work.
