Kalpatharuvu-KNY Service Apartments -Magarpatta City

In staff, nobody was wearing mask and hand gloves.

Experience was good. Rooms are neat and clean. Rooms are up to expectation. Staff was very cooperative. Location is good. Rooms are comfortable. Service is very good. I will recommend this place to my colleagues or friends for stay in Pune.

A service apartment situated at the heart of the city with beautiful atmosphere and all sorts of modern facilities. The cleanliness and maintenance gives a different taste with the additional flavour of Amanora Mall, Reddys Hotel and a lot. Very easy communications to move to the other places. May book ola auto or a cab.

Hotel was first class but need some small maintenance and basic facilities. You should report the hotel in advance for check in time otherwise you have to wait as per hotel check in time. Overall trip was fantastic.

For travellers in that side of town; it's extremely convenient. I have mixed feelings / feedback on my experience with this joint. Have stayed there for a few times. First few experiences we actually above average... Value for money, courtesy and a feeling of being welcomed by the staff on the ground; that changed entirely with my interaction with the 'management'. The good folks at Kalpatharuvu have multiple apartments that are used as service apartments. On most of my previous visits, I had the good fortune to stay at the Amanora property; where my experiences were nothing short of pleasant. The last time however, everything changed. Since there was no room available with an attached washroom in Anymore, I was asked if i'm good with moving to another property in Magapatta City. I was cool; expecting the same experience. But soon as I entered the property at P601; I was taken aback. Paint peeling off the walls, and stale stink of something I don't wanna mention. Thankfully, that wasn't the apartment I was booked for so I had a sigh of relief. I was moved to P703, which was better but probably just. Better does not mean good enuf. Anyhow, settled in my room and lit a smoke. I was asked by the management to smoke in the open area... I went out with the 'Manager' to the balcony as a courtesy. But then he said something that irritated the hell out of me... "I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SMOKE IN THE ROOM". Its not just what he said, but how he said it made me lose it. After a brief argument; I walked out of the property and took up another place for twice the cost (had to spend the night somewhere) I have praise for the junior staff; but the manager can learn from them. Kalpatharuvu lost a customer for life, I of course, speak only for me.

Room service is good but everything is not available easily. Prior intimation for lunch and dinner required. Breakfast was good. Rooms are very species. Also the common are to swagat and relax. All together it is nice experience.

. P near Season Mall. Booking won't show this but few wings of. Are far away from Google map location. Its confusing ... Contact given no one pick call .. Security don't have idea about booking.
