Staffs are quite casual. As usual indigo lineages. Receptionist gave me a room key which was not activated. I took and kept roaming up and down in the lift along with other guests without getting access to my floor.

The welcome desk is not that cordial while checking in and out. No good greeting! I had complained about A/C not working. Didn’t send anyone to check. Finally, I only caught hold of technician and done it. I had stayed in this hotel thrice before and it was good that time. Next time, will not choose this hotel!!!

The amount we paid was not worth the hotel amenities. No basic medicines, hair dryer wasn't working, no floor mat in the room or washroom, no fan and the bed made our back hurt. Matress not good

At Reception receiving was nice. Room beds are horrible. Spring mattress was in poor condition that it has spoiled my sleep and had back pain. I don’t know why they choose such old types of mattress. Ihave removed from bed asked for two more blankets and placed on bed plywood directly and had 2 nights of pain free sleep. Hope IBIS will seriously look into this matter and take action to replace with orthopedic mattress

location is easily reachable and excellent view. Rooms are neatly maintained and equipped with all consumables(toothbrush, razor, kettle,water bottle,paste, tea, coffee powders, sugar,milk, soaps , fresh towel . replaces with fresh everyday,) branded make of high quality. Lighting is good. staff from reception to room boys with security all are cooperative and support of any service. As I have not restaurant, cannot comment on food. But costly location is easily reachable and excellent view.

Prime location, walking distance from Mg road metro station, staff is kind, food is delicious. I love this hotel but in monsoon the rooms are cold and there is no feature on AC to keep rooms warm. It may make you fall sick, no ventilation. In summer it’s a great place to stay

Nice Hotel to stay

We were welcomed by hotel staff in very warmly manner making us comfortable. We were given all basic instructions. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable with spacious wardrobe. Room also had space if you prefer to do some office work with night lamps without disturbing your dear ones. Restroom was clean with separate shower partition. Overall, hotel stay was nice with good amenities and supportive staff which made our stay comfortable.
