Hotel O Grand Royals Anjuna Near Anjuna Beach

Very unhygienic, wouldn’t advise to book the hotel there. Rooms are close by leads to infringement of privacy

Horrible property and i did not even stay there. Called manke my trip for refund and was holding for 30 mins and the call got disconnected. I lost all the money and also had to book another property

I booked the rooms but was denied entry by the staff citing that the rooms were already full.

The stay was not as it was shown in the pictures it had no car parking n moreover it was much inside from main road not suitable for couples, group of boys can go for it, rooms weren’t clean and bed sheets were stinking

i am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunate and distressing experience my family and i encountered during our recent stay booked hassle-free and enjoyable accommodations, but our recent experience has been anything but satisfactory. Here is a summary of the issues we faced during our stay: 1. *room condition: upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the rooms, which were as cozy, had seepage on the walls. This not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the hygiene and safety of the room. 2. *unpleasant odor: the rooms had a foul odor, making it extremely uncomfortable for us to stay. This was a clear violation of the promised quality standards. 3. *parking hassles: to our dismay, there was no designated parking available on the property, and the owner instructed us to park on the road. This posed security risks. 4. *photography restrictions: the owner inexplicably prohibited us from taking photos of the property. We managed to discreetly capture some images, but his strict instructions to refrain from discussing the property raised suspicions. 5. *communication issues: when we attempted to contact the property owner for assistance, he did not respond to our calls. Even customer service tried reaching out to, but received no response. Due to these distressing circumstances and the lack of any viable resolution, we had no choice but to search for alternative accommodations. We decided not to stay at the property and left immediately. To support our claim, we have attached the pictures we managed to take, which clearly depict the unsatisfactory conditions we encountered. We kindly request to refund the amount paid for our stay.

i m thinking of taking this issue to the trading standards as it's wrongly depicted under the oyo brand. basic amenities absent n extremely dirty and a filthy place

The manager was very rude, there was no electricity in the room due to which the ac and fan was also not working, the manager also refuse to give us another room.

Good atmosphere at stay. Natural & peaceful. Very kind & cooperative behaviour by mr. Ravi. Good for couples

Place was not good. Because they didn’t provide water bottle, bath stuff. Even blankets were torn-ed off. No arrangement of hot water for bath. Even not a single hanger or hook in bathroom for placing garments while bathing. The list will more for horrible experience. Really disappointing.
