Hotel O Chaitanaya Inn Infopark Kochi

On the check in time they have asked me to pay extra 300. And the rooms were really terrible. Not at all tidy

The rooms are comfortable and spacious with great amenities. I had the pleasure of staying.

The whole experience was very bad. Even after booking the room before two weeks, i need to wait at the hotel reception to check into my room- for 15 minutes- after completing all my check in formalities. The receptionist said that they needed to replace the plastic cover inside the basket. I was already late with respect to the check in time. Soap was not found in the bathroom. When i enquired, they claimed that they already provided. I said no. You're wrong. Still they didn't provide and said i may collect it tomorrow morning. The wifi was not working. When i complained the receptionist said they cannot do anything about it. And the worst part is coming - they didn't provide me the bill. I needed that for reimbursement from ny company. The receptionist collected extra 120 rs. And said that that is gst. I said i have completely paid via makemytrip including said. But he insisted me to pay extra 120 rupees if i want bill to re-imburse. I paid that too. But he didn't provide me the bill. The promise was he will send the bill to my whatsapp. But even after repeated requests he slipped off. Worst worst experience from a hotel.

The hotel initially denied me check in. They asked me to go away. When I persisted they allowed me inside after much delay. The behaviour of the front office staff was crass and insulting. He was telling me that they don’t want bookings

The hotel didn't accept booking with the rate provided in makemytrip. They asked us to pay more. This is cheating
