No drinking water availability tv not working unprofessional staff even said no staff available to assist you. Bed sheet was dirty stinky room no hot water availability washroom is dirty and not up to the mark.

Worst hotel ever. The service was not at all good there was no food not even the tea when asked to serve food they said to order it from zomato

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay in derby green bhopal. During my time at your establishment, i encountered numerous issues that greatly affected my experience. Firstly, upon checking into my room, i immediately noticed that it was not up to the standards i had expected. The room was unclean, with dust, dirt & small cockroaches present in various areas. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries and was in need of maintenance the flush was not working & water from the tap was leaking. The room ac was not working this was particularly disappointing as i had made an immediate twice complaint to the hotel & make my trip staff but no action was taken. This made it extremely difficult for me to get a good night's sleep and added to my overall dissatisfaction. I was traveling with 2 small kids their basic requirements like milk, coffee & tea derby green was unable to be fulfilled because there was no restraunt so for every small requirement i have to run in the market & service i received from your staff was consistently poor. They seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns, and their lack of professionalism only added to my frustration. I had hoped for a more pleasant and attentive experience from your team. Given the circumstances, i believe it is only fair to request a refund for my stay at your hotel. I understand that mistakes happen, but the combination of these issues greatly impacted my overall experience and left me unsatisfied. I kindly ask that you address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify these deficiencies. It is my hope that your hotel will make the necessary improvements to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointments. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and i look forward to a satisfactory resolution.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out during my visit. Throughout my stay, they consistently displayed a high level of professionalism and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests i had. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and my room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping did a commendable job in ensuring that the room was kept in top condition. However, one significant drawback was the hotel's location. While it offered a peaceful retreat, it was somewhat isolated from the main city attractions. This meant that i had to rely on taxis or public transportation to access popular tourist spots, which often resulted in longer commute times and additional expenses. Despite this inconvenience, i did appreciate the serene surroundings and the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway and don't mind a bit of extra travel to reach the main attractions, this hotel might be a good choice. However, if you prefer easy access to the city's hotspots, you may want to consider a more centrally located option.

Hotel was too bad. not clean. no one was staying there. Phtos was different and reality was too much different. Very unhappy. very dissatisfied.

Cleanliness was problem there were lots of mosquitos there in rooms

It was a good property. With all the amenities available and well in touch with the city yet isolated for a proper day out. Rooms were pretty clean and neat.

Durby Greens Hotel was really very good and It was near the of our University easily accessible from Airport. Service was excellent and staff were outstanding with their service and behaviour. We are very grateful to MMT for the recommendation of this place.

Hotel rooms were spacious but no housekeeping facilities, no room cleaning done on daily basis as i was there for 3 days. Food was not available at hotel need to order online from outside.

Room space was very nice and sadly its the only nice thing they have. Their service man told that ac has not been serviced from many years and thats why i have fo change 5 rooms in 2 days. Bathrooms are decent. When i asked them to change the linens and pillow cover the service boy just overturned the already used pillow cover and bedsheet. Food is expensive they charge 20 rs for a bottle that is not even a sealed bottle

Pros- You will not find a room this big size, it's too classy Having a great view Room fridge 🍻 sofa and everything. cooperative staff you can also call welness forever to order food items, medicines, cosmetics Cons- -As they have one guy for room service you can't call so many times for room service although they don't say no but you will understand. -Bathroom shower is not upto mark - no kitchen (Only swiggy/ Zomato ) - 400m inside a dirt road from main road, - gate closed after 12pm , so if you have any delivery you have to all the way to down to the main gate to take it. overall i am pretty satisfied, as for the room of this size you have to pay atleast 3-5k but here it's pretty good deal with lil sacrifices thanks

We arrived late in the night and we informed about about late arrival and no was there at security. And we were provided unclean room smoke filled smell everything was used. No proper security arrangements and every room was dirty.

First of all it was a not a hotel it's a marriage hall. Secondly, no doubt the building is new but finish work is not good. Thirdly, electric appliances are not working, required to get it changed. Fourthly, toiletries are in bad shape. Fifth, cleanliness of bathroom is very bad. Sixth, food is not available, need to order from outside. Sorry to mention all this but these are observations. Other than that the staff is good and very humble. Sorry i have vacated the room

Rooms were neat and clean as the property is new. Service is okay, can be considerable they responded back to us quickly. Well everything else was nice. No. Im done
