Poor Stay

Location is totally unclear and very inconvenient. It is underground from the main road and is a terrible hassle specifically if you carry heavy luggage. The room service is very bad and they literally scream or shout at guests instead of catering to our needs. We felt humiliated and the service was substandard.

It was a fabulous stay near mall road. Rooms was very neat and clean washroom was very clean and sanitized. Food was tasty, it was a great experience

coupleA somewhat underwhelming experience considering what we paid for the online booking through MMT. Although located quite near to the Darjeeling Rly Station (DHR), the hotel itself is quite non-decrepit and cannot be located via Google maps if not sought help from the front desk. Breakfast choice is limited although food quality is passable. Room was OK, nothing remarkable and could be quite misleading if gone with the remarkably nice pics posted. Overall an OKish experience

There was not a single board of bella vista in darjeeling. The actual name of hotel is golden park so the fraud starts from the name. Proper address is not given the location is horrible no parking available very far from mall road but written 5 mins from mall road. On top the rooms are highly over rated. Our stay was fine staff was helpful which think disappointed me was they say that breakfast is included n they serve only poori bhaji and bread toast if u take egg then it’s chargeable only 2 coffee u are allowed to take. My husband told them about the breakfast then they said we will give u paratha they next mrng housekeeping staff was fine. Reception staff was also fine. They helped us to get the bike n bullet.
