Room i booked for Rs. 3000/- and above it was congested wifi provided was only 2gb. Flooring was cheap sheet and damaged here and there. Three dogs was there dont know what is the purpose the words printed on the walls were wonderful meant to show some quality which was actually lacking there.. the quality and customer delight is not comes from the words written on the wall it comes only throgh servive povided and the experiance provided by them. the rooms was so close to the metro station Also cloack room service provoded was excellent. i feel the room was so expensive So i am uninstalling make my trip.

Yes, everything about the stay was good the location, proximity etc. But when it came to the room, the washroom was a little too dirty and the bed had a lot of bed bugs despite changing the sheets. It was not a good experience since we were worried about being cardiers of bed bugs when we return home and the sleep was also uncomfortable since the thought of bed bugs. We found bed bugs with blood on all 4 mornings we woke up. Wouldnt stay there again perhaps unless the safety factor was considered. Thank you but the staff was very helpful and warm

It was good. The food was decent, the facilities were apt. Bedsheets and cushion covers are changed after each traveller completes their stay. The hostel is mostly clean. Not many issues. Although it could be even cleaner.

It was good, however could be improved a bit. Bathroom maintenance and some other service could be improved. One major issue is that they have a limited data wifi, which runs ot very quickly and you have to pay to recharge. This is terrible, got dropped off from meeting.

The stay overall was good , food was good , service was fast and good , they provide an app though which you can do everything like opening of doors , support etc , The 1 thing that disappointed us was at night shift there was no proper staff at the reception the gaurd of night shift was their and sleeping on the counter and talked rudely even had a fight with him expect that everything was nice
