Room was specious but was not clean power bank up was manual so there was power cut in between. Restrunt woes closed. Breakfast was very limited

Good stay, nice rooms facing cherai beach road. And sea view. All in all a good peaceful stay. Liliput restaurant which is about 1km is very good

Room services not good & day time air conditioning not well in room

Ideal for a single night stay when you arrive to explore cheriai beach, just opposite to es-ha the wonderful seafood restaurant matte-es kitchen (thattukada) is one of the best.

Food is average. Rooms are nee t and clean. Got spacious room on my request.

Very little amenities working. Polite staff. Hotel on the verge of closing down. No restaurant services so get ready to shed extra bugs of traveling.

Staff is very supportive, room was clean and beautiful, happy stay there, arranged flowers decoration for us but after 8 o’clock dinner is not available there and even that area they should provide some ready-made food items.

Its a nice stay, all fecility are available, room is good and hotel situated area also good. Staffs are also cool an responding well.

It was mentioned as a 3 star resort. But no pool, no restaurant, no hot water in toilet, property old and shabby with leaking walls and a depleted garden, no tv channels working properly, poor wifi connectivity, just 2 boys working as receptionist cum bellboy cum room service.

Front desk, restaurant never picks phone. Twin beds fixed together and made as one bed, totally uncomfortable. Tv not working. Washroom seemes like somebody used and not cleaned. Good location but not maintained well

I had to check in go find another room and checkout without any refund there is absolutely no one else staying there and there was painting work going on before i booked i called and asked and they confirmed food is there, surprise at the reception they say for a month there is no restuarant and denied saying food avaialability at arrival. Rooms were payhetic and the door was jammed so bad you have to spend 30mins tying to open that door again if ever closed.

1. Food is not served. Bought from outside and it was with very minimum options, but price is huge. 2. No water in the toilet/bathroom. It was very difficult to get the person in charge to report this. 3. No provision for hot water, if we call them, they would come with one electric coil. It is difficult and dangerous to use, especially with small kids. I am not expecting this kind of service from this much expensive resorts.

Hotel is in good location. Rooms were clean and staffs are so helpful. They have pool in another property. Ac was not cooling properly in our room. But they ready to give another room when we complained.

Every part of the hotel smell like a smoking area. The room smelled like a cigarette ashtray. Ac also not working properly heavily noise in the restroom. I and my girl ran out of the hotel in the very early morning.
