Not a good experience. Please. Keep your goodwill up to mark and try to keep contact with the customer during the time of stay at hotel to know whether they are provided the right room as per booking otherwise it is meaningless to review.

Three nights I stayed but the room was not cleaned even once. AC noisy and the AC cooling not good in the morning. Limited breakfast but good/sufficient. Good room service. Good location. Cleanliness of the corridors can be improved. The front desk and staff are friendly. First I was given a room with so much noise of AC (next room was less noisier) and with out electric kettle etc. But when I called reception they gave a better room immediately. TV remote was not OK and very limited channels only.

It was good. Location is very convenient. Walkable from the metro station and main market area yet very peaceful since inside a narrow lane and in residential area. But restaurant is over priced. So better to eat outside.

This place has been the find of the year for me. Nestled in the greenery of South Delhi, it’s a peaceful nest away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi streets. Highly recommended for everyone. The owner and his family look into this property personally and I must say, they leave no stone unturned to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. A beautiful property. Feels home.

One of the worst hotels with very poor management; not expected to be on list of 'make my trip' . . All the staff is untrained and rude. Front desk staff uses loud speakers (meant for fire hazard) to call the house keeping boys etc; disturbing all the guests . Restaurant poorly maintained with dirty linen. Poor and low variety in breakfast . Rooms small and poorly maintained with dirty pillows and sheets etc . Bathroom in bad shape with poor illumination, no mixer for hot and cold water in washbasin.

Room condition is very bad. Next time I will never book room by make my trip. I went with my wife. This trip is very bad experience for me. Bed sheet condition very bad. No lock on bathroom door. No phon in room. We have to order food from outside.

Various inclusions shown in the plan were not provided at the hotel, including free pick up and drop from Airport/Railway station and free breakfast, let aside the ambiance of the rooms which was below average. Not at all value for money despite booking it at a 60% discount - really bad from MMT, have registered a complaint about the same.
