It was really amazing. I loved the cats Pepper and Browny. I just wished toilet paper and toiletries were provided daily and dinner had more variety!

It was hard to find the location as there were no sign boards. We paid for dinner and they gave us very little variety and even breakfast had little variety and some items were completed before we could eat. Ambience was average.

They did a warm welcome on arrival with lemonginger drink which was complimentary. Very helpful, very nice. Room service was slow sometimes, but they treated us well when we asked for anything.

Pros: Good Location, Very chill conditions, Nice Breakfast, Restaurant is available and they cook nicely. Caretakers are good. Cons: Monkeys enter the room, the approach road is in poor condition & difficult to reach. No proper signboards near the location, car parking is ok, but less space. WIFI and the internet were not working as it was raining. TV and other channels are limited Overall good experience

The best stay i ever had in coonor.....a good resort with an excellent view of tea plantation.....

Room Service is not good No sleeper provided no dental kit and breakfast is also not so good Mean property was okay but not worth for 3 people Hardly 5500 for 3 peoples Food was okay okay price is very costly according to quality and taste of food. Facilities-Very bad facilities NO sleeper no calling service always we have to go to reception Bcz no network and wifi speed was average.

Poor customer service no value for money just the room was quite good with the view. no service bad breakfast delayed service not much to see within the resort

The location is good in the middle of the jungle, walkable distance from the lamb rock view point.

Stay was good with good views but the washroom was average with slow running water food was good specially the wood fired pizza in the evening

Property was well situated with beautiful view. Ambience and maintenance of the Property was great. Perfect place for weekend getaway with no city rush or traffic. Food is okiesh bit priced.

The stay was good, the place has great views and hospitality was very good. The manager had conducted engaging activities like Pizza making and Housie game. The restaurant ambience and vibe was beautiful. However there are some things that they need to really improve on for overall great experience The Bathrooms were not good. Flush tank doesn't work always, we took the family room which is room#9 and we had very disappointing experience with how washroom smelled as well Apart from that the food was not very great. It was underwhelming. There were not many options for both breakfast and dinner. So overall the experience was just above average satisfied with views, location and peaceful time but still a bit underwhelming

The stay was just very relaxing and wonderful. The location near the Lamb Rock view point has its pros and cons, but it was a location with peace and relaxation between the silence of jungle. The staff was excellent and very cooperative. And immediately made a connect with all our family members. They made sure that our vacation was never boring and ready to help at every point. The rooms were hygeinic and comfortable. Wifi, water supply, cleaning staff were great, however very few channels were on in the room DTH. Though the restaurant has little choice but the taste was delightful and yes a little expensive. If you want to relax with your family and enjoy the nature this is the place you should choose.

Hotel location and staffs were very good and also very good rooms with good amenities…will strongly recommend others…

The hotel has a good view and ambiance; food and rooms are average; windows don’t have mesh and cannot be opened due to insects and mosquitos; no hot water if power is not there. Pretty expensive for the quality of room; paid almost 10k per night

The resort view is ok ok..but the staffs are not friendly and very slow. Even after spending so much of money for Breakfast and Dinner they only gave one bowl of chicken with lots of potatoes in it and lauki sabzi in veg..if we spent money for food in advance they could have given paneer atleast in veg and when we asked for some more chicken curry and Dal, they told we do not give 2nd portion we only give once that's it. in breakfast when we asked for masala omelet they told in complimentary you will get plane omlete without onion. like seriously, you can't even give little onion in omelet for those who pre-book the breakfast and dinner. Also tap was broken no shampoo in washroom. we had to go and ask for everything. And the resort is located very far from the City. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this resort. Worst experience ever.
