They are not accepting bookings from MMT, asking for extra payment when you visit to check-in hence please avoid this hotel and go for another one.

Worst experience. The Hotel denied my guest’s entry and then asked for an extra amount as well.

The name of the hotel is not similar. The manager is very rude and he misbehaved with me and says that hotel is not accepting but i booked then i made a dial to customer care service then he agreed but provided me with the room of degraded quality and said never come to this hotel again making booking. This type of service is not acceptable, i need full refund as compensation and take strict action against this property. No chair, towels etc. Provided.

Being a hotelier and working for 5+ years in the industry i know what hospitality is, but my recent stay was horrible i have to wait for almost 2 hours in the lobby just because the property manager yash denied to give me check in because as per him the amount i have paid to make booking was not acceptable. Come on guys what on earth, his behaviour was very rude, the room was stinking there was no towel and other stuff provided by the property. It was pretty cold that day so i called in the lobby 9 or 10 times and nobody picked up the call later i went down and asked the lobby guy to provide me an extra blanket or something else. He straight away denied stating they don't have an extra blanket. Everything was pathetic.

Phi r meri majboori thai mujhey stay krna tha to mujhey 1000 or de k stay krna pada, us-key wahan ki service b hi ekdm poor, unlog ne ek towel b hi nhi diya na drinking water. Bole y neechey se bihar k le jaeye. Or mainey jo payment ki unko wahan wahan jo qr code laga tha wo b hi kisi aise bandey k naam pe tha, hotel k naam pe nhi tha. Ye meri booking thai iskey baad b hi unlog ne mujhsey 1000 ra extra lye ye bol k. Ki hum is amount me room nhi dety

We were highly terrified to see behaviour of the receptionist guy attending in day time. Very horrible experience. Even bedsheet was not changed inspite of repeated requests

Very poor experience. There is no signage of hotel. Front office guy arun told that booking cannot be accepted as booking is made at low rate and extra amount has to be paid for checkin. What nonsense is that. Further, when i told that i not going to pay extra and you can talk to mmt for the same. After i told him talk to mmt than he gave checkin. But it is not expected

The quality of food inside the hotel is below average and above that, you cannot get food from outside. So, in that case, you have no other option left. Room dosent provides heaters in winter's, and as delhi is too cold. The stay ther is horrible

They denied for the check in. They told me that we have paid very less amount. Thats not my fault. I have made the booking through mm t so mm t has to deal with this amount and stuff. Very very bad.

Worst services, booking denied by property and refund us still pending. No response from makemytrip.

The room, location and staff was decent. Best part being walkable proximity to the golf course road and the metro station. However they don't prefer to take bookings on the rates being published by the makemytrip and other similar portals.

The location was good, the sheets were not clean, the cook wasn't available and i had to order from outside, aminities could have been better

It's a terrible place to stay (i will not call it a hotel. I had to change 3 rooms in 5 days - 1st one's lock didn't work, 2nd one had a broken toilet seat. They don't have towels and even after begging for 2 days, they gave me a small face towel. For any service, the minimum time required is 1 hour. The food is horrible, fully dipped in oil and you will not realize the taste at all. Worst part - they organize some party every night (may be by owners) which runs till 1-2am with loud music which can be heard from miles. I didn't had a quite sleep for even a single night. Only benefit is that it is close to metro station but the approach from station to hotel is so dark and secluded that despite being male, i was afraid to walk alone. If you are insane, you can book it but if not, please avoid it at any cost. I got stuck as i prepaid the stay and can't change.

Need more attention on cleanliness though staff was cooperative, location wise it's best and parking faculty is also good
