Worst of all in vasco. Rude and arrogant owner. I paid rs. 300 extra just to keep my luggage for an extra hour. Unhygienic dirty beds with hairs all over sheet.

When i enter the property. Coming very bad smell in the room, i was check in 3 rooms but all rooms coming very bad smell. Then i put up perfume then smell gone bathroom doors and main doors is very bad. No cold water bottle, also rooms conditions is very bad, maximum. Rooms no ventilation, i was check in 7pm, so no any other option don't book this hotel, waste of money, go others hotel

Really worst experience in hotel. An old building that's not clean. Mainly lift is not working, smells bad in full hotel, cockroaches in room, blankets and bedsheets are not clean and smells bad. Morning hot water coming from all taps even toilet gel pressure tooo. Unclean toilets. Mainly staff's attitude is bad. Don't take room there.

No room cleaning, bedcover is a verry darti, electric items not working. And room service is a verry poor.

All interiors are old, tv was no working, bathroom was leaking water

Nothing is good about hotel except the location, we have booked rooms including breakfast but no breakfast was provided to us because they don't have the kitchen, how make my trip has the option to select for breakfast with rooms, it should be removed from the mmt. Horrible experience will not recommend anyone.

Room is very good but they don’t have wifi, tv and staff is not available at a time every time i called him then he will be there after 30min washroom shower is not good. No thanks

Budget friendly hotel rooms are clean n hygiene its easy located room are clean n hygiene around 5 kilometres

Grit experience good staff, near to railway station, only 6-7 mins walk. One negative point is lift is not in use but the hotel staff will you to carry your luggage.

Staff are supportive and accommodation was comfortable and economical. Accomodation was situated in the town.

Hotel has no proper service. Anything asked they will want the customer to shift to new hotel because they know that we have already paid the money and cannot be cancel-led. Very disappointed

Service is horrible, this property is on rent to another party and they are not responsible for any service related issue. The lady who claims she is owner, wants the customer to cancel booking and shift to new hotel when customers complain service related issues.

my first time bad experience. electricity big problem every two hours light gone to 30 to one hour in day or night. This hotel charges water. no amenities available.

Spacious but not maintained. Old structure, mosquitos, no complementary breakfast, water bottle and electric kittle with tea coffee sachets not available
