1, Difficult to reach the location, outcast area 2, network issues were there, 3, No proper assistance 4, Food was average 5, Insects and spiders in the room 6, Free breakfast on booking but they told us to make it by ourselves, self service was not mentioned

* My Rating is 0* Food- We served stale food. What was for lunch. Same was offered for dinner. When we asked them for fresh food, they charged for ala cart . Service-Very Poor Amenities-Very poor No dedicated parking, we were asked to parked on road side. *Big no* for people who can not climb on broken stairs with no railings on. Over priced *Please Carry your own food.*. my rating-1 food-very poor amenities-very poor approach-not good parking-not available hospitality-very poor property-ok

Thank you for your feedback. The in house meal is a subsidized meal that is cooked in the cottage every day. That is why it is low priced. Guests who want a different meal can always order a la carte but the in house meal cannot be made to order. We are sorry we could not provide a la carte meal at subsidized prices. Parking is definitely available. It is easy and accessible but in the hills there are no parking lots like in the city. Also as is clear from the pictures the stairs are not broken and a railing is quite visible
