Cliffside Manor Satkhol, Mukteshwar

Property location is very good, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by lush orchards, food was delicious, and the staff was very warm and cordial, the only problem was with the rooms, we paid for 2 super delux rooms, but one room was quite different and small from the other one, shower was not working properly, and there was a problem with electricity supply, but that can be attributed to the weather condition in mukteshwar that day. Overall, it was a good stay.

Please avoid this property if you dont want to spoil your vacation, specially if you are travel-ling with family or female member. I have booked room here for 3 night from 16th june 2024 till 19th june 2024, but due to horrible experience i have to leave the property the 2nd day itself. My whole vacation was spoiled. This property is not at all couple friendly . Entry / exit of all rooms is through a common drawing room / hall. Other rooms was booked by a group consisting of all male members. From noon till late night they occupied the drawing room and they were continuously drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes / hookah, and listening to loud music. It was like a gas chamber due to cigarette smoke. It was a very awkward situation for us to enter / exit our room through the same drawing room. We were literally locked in our room. Just imagine how you would feel if you were sharing the property with some unknown male members who are doing this kind of stuff continuously from noon till late night. Staff were helpless. They were unable to ask them to party outside on the lawn or in their room. Common area of the property was meant to be utilized by all guests and it was literally no use to use. It was complete mental harassment for us. Decide for yourself if this kind of environment is safe for female members. Better to avoid this kind of property.

The house is a nicely crafted boutique-esque property, right on the road, with a small garden to one side. The staff is courteous and the caretaker takes interest in keeping you content. The food was also on point. My only gripe was the rooms don't have the best view, but the vibe makes up for it

Stay was comfortable, rooms are spacious and washrooms were very clean and hygienic. Though the food quality could be improved and the options served were very limited and the prices are on a higher side as compared to the taste of the food.

A fantastic experience with property. Very humble and cooperative staff. Mouth watering food. Very highly recommended for family. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. A pleasant atmosphere and view. No rush no hustle place. If you do lots of walking, yoga n deep breath then this is the perfect place. Mr bablu is a very nice person and makes fantastic food and he prepares anything on demand. Thanks again to the entire staff for a memorable stay.

Staff and stay was very good, food is very testy like home made food and very healthy and ambiance was very homely

This is located in a quite and serene place. Food is prepared by staff on request and it is good. If want eat outside then there is one barista cafe at around 2 km distance. Wifi is avaiable. Overall our experience was very good.

It was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, specially the noodles. The ambience is very beautiful and the view from the property is worth the stay.

The stay was well furnished and clean. The room as well the whole property was itself very pleasing and peaceful. The staff was really cooperative and the chef/manager was really polite. The food was just so awesome and delicious. Indeed a perfect stay for me and my family, we were more than satisfied.

Big blunder in their listing i hope they correct this soon we booked this for the veiw but they gave us rooms without view everything else is average, you can consider booking something else

The staff was quite courteous and hospitable and made our stay a memorable one. The location of the homestay is picturesque and serene.

Cliffside manor is located right on the satkhol main road with a great view of snow clad himalayas. The property is very well maintained. There is a common drawing room with sofas, tv and high speed wifi. There is also a lawn on one side. It has a well stocked kitchen where you can get all 3 meals. They will also customize it as per your needs. There are several hiking trails nearby. Also, the whole area is surrounded by trees and orchards. Do not except shops and cafes nearby. It is mostly for for spending quiet time while being taken care of very well by the in house staff.

Room is good, food is nice. Overall its costly compared to the service provided
