The location of the property was easy to access, safe and peaceful. The caretaker was helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but they do not have the food service available. The overall property was good. I will recommend the property.

First thing I want to say here is, this is not a hotel. You will not get any facility of a hotel here. This is not a service apartment as well. Its only few rooms. The entire property do not have any kitchen setup. They make only breakfast and same menu (idly) everyday. They don't even have microwave in the entire property. Only 2-3 people are running this and doing everything. They don't have cleaning guys throughout the day, if you mess up your room you have to wait for someone to come next day to clean. Wifi only works for android phones but does not work for iphone. Surprised, and they know the prob. For taxis, autos you have to wait for long as they have to be called and it takes lot of time. Property do not have any security. Location of the property is very good but at the same price I suggest people to take hotel at the same location to have better service. I visited last week, there was nothing wrong but its surely not value for money. Anyone can get a hotel in similar location at same rate.

Our stay was not up to expectations. The location was fine, but it was far from the market. There was no food at the property for the guests. The cleanliness of the property was not proper. In the washroom, taps were not working properly even when I called up the staff to fix it, they were too lazy to do that, staffs were not cooperative enough. Really disappointed with their services.

Rooms are big agreed but bathroom facilities are really not upto the mark. No cleanliness within the resort. Water stinks. And not many indoor activities.

Reaching the property was easy. The property was in a good location. The room was good and comfortable. There was a power issue in the property. They did not provide me hot water, else I got basic facilities.

Breakfast was always late, it spicy and they were not putting any salt in idly or uttapam, even in sambhar and chutney. Rest stay was OK.

It was my worst experience ever, I booked this hotel and to my surprise, the hotel doesn’t even has a knife to cut the fruits, and they are offering breakfast. Seriously disappointing.
