Lack of Room Checks Before Allotment

- Room cleaning was average; there was visible dust in the corners and on the study table. - The TV was not working. I had reported it while checking in, but it wasn’t fixed. Later at 10 PM, they asked us to change the room when we had already settled in and unpacked. It seems they don’t follow a proper checklist to verify everything in the room in order before allotting it to guests.
