    The check-in was horrible and there was no proper welcome in this hotel. We were a group of more than 12 members with 4 kids. We were made to wait for more than 2 hours and never received any apologies from the front desk. They were busy attending other guests and we were left unnoticed. The in-room dining was very costly and the whole surrounding seems to be stinking due to recycled water. The Beach, Swimming pool was excellent.

    Room is very average. Location with garden green everywhre with very old huge trees wonderful. No cloth drying rack available in room . . Breakfast mainly had south Indian dishes. Overall beautiful memories

    It was exciting to stay at this resort. Good and clean swimming pool which perfectly guardedly. Nice play area for children. Complementary breakfast was nice . I recommend this resort for families .

    I made this trip to relieve stress and also kind of romantic date. Never knew how the hotel was, But I gotta tell you it was one of the best experience I ever had. The beach view villas here is a must try. You open the balcony door and you hear the sound of waves. It was really lovely and a class apart.

    Wonderful property, but a bit pricey. Main attraction is the beach and the swimming pool but they close the beach access at 6PM and pool at 7PM. Hotel management needs to set timings based on the month of the year or available daylight. For example during our stay it was bright and sunny till 7:30, but the beach access was closed before that. These are some petty things if considered would make the stay even more delightful . Restaurant menu options needs to be revisited. During the day we stayed, the buffet was cancelled and was replaced with an al-a-carte that didn't have a lot of choices.
