Terrible Stay

The hotel staff was very annoying and not at all helpful he changed our rooms without our notice to give rooms to other people. No essential requirements were available. The blankets were torn off. The lights were not working properly. The switch boards were damage. It was a very terrible experience ther3. I want to get refund
