The location is good but hygiene is poor, very dirty washroom and bad service. No early check in facility also late check out. Not even for 15 to 20 minutes. Bakwas service

The management was great and rooms were clean. I don’t know why there were so many reviews regarding cleanliness. The rooms were also big. Overall a recommended since location is also good, very close to metro station.

Staff not clean room 2 to 3 days very rude behavior. I have patient otherwise i will not stay in this property a single day

The worst experience anyone could have. I was asked to pay more at the hotel to get the room i booked through make my trip. No help was provided. I had to book some other hotel and had to face the loss of the amount i paid.

The stay was average because the staff are not cooperative. They take hours to get a job done, be it room cleaning, food preparation or any other basic of a hotel. On the day of check-out, they will keep on poking you to leave from 9am in the morning although the check-out time is 11am. Even though most of the hotels allow time till 11. 30am in case the check-in is 12pm, here the staff behave as if they are politely threatening you to leave. On the day of check-out, it was around 11. 20ish in the morning and they rang the bell almost 4 times to remind us of the time. On the 4th time, one of them said very sarcastically, “we are doing an entry in the register, you can stay for longer hours then. ” the hotel is not cleaned well also although they take a pretty decent amount for one day. They should look into these aspects more because the property is well designed and can attract many customers provided they work on these aspects.
