They denied the booking and i have to pay full money

The location is good, but the service and staff was terrible, the reception was very slow and they didn't care about the travelers, the room was dirty and cockroaches were roaming around in the room, the ac wasn't working in room 216(where i stayed), 2 of the receptionist were rude and un-attentive. This was one of the worst stays ever

The hotel booked doesn’t exist at the address. It’s a joint venture between hotel list er & mm t in order to exploit people in urgency by taking full amount in a se advance and then denying any support stating that it is their policy. Stupid policies and this money exploiting practices.

The hotel which we had book never existed there please revert back and i want compensation

I never got the check in despite booking it through your app. The hotel straight away rejected that they don't have any booking in my name. At midnight even your executive couldn't arrange up any rooms for me n my family. Extremely bad experience of your property and your app

Worst experience, you all are chester, he took extra money even i was prepaid, he said thise rooms are gone because he is third party, and you ppl didnt confirm my booking with him, so i can try some other place or get some other rkom with extra money. They did-int change bedsheet daily, thet did-int clean room daily, and charged me for laundry. I am go-int to file an fir against tbis cheating. Against all of you

The property location is on sat rasta chowk connecting with almost all important location in mumbai. The food is good but the price is high. A chai cost you 30rs. There is a 24*7 general store right infront of the hotel and also various other shops. The location is very much safe considering the place.

The hotel was decent, although the room was completely different than the picture. The room was small. Economical considering the prime location of the hotel. The breakfast was not good. Check-in mentioned is 12 pm but staff allowed check in at 1 pm.

The photos are incorrect. This is misleading the customers. Rooms are so congested and small. bathrooms are small. Reception person sitting at night time is rude and does not deal properly with customers. He tends to have grudges for Oyo customers.
