Location is good but room is bed smelly and no breakfast available no near restorant and some tims toilet water also not available

I had a bad experience. The bath towel, bedsheets and blankets were very old. Giving a good one is a minimum requirement. When one of my friend came to visit me the guy at reception was so rude. Won't book this again

I'm suprised that such a dirty and untidy hotel service is being provided in a place like Gachibowli. Also, we saw a lot people who were using this place for short period basis and we felt unsafe being there. I ended up Going to the hotel next this Lime Boutique and it was 100 times better in quality and service. Considering there was no refund for your booking, I ensured the keys were with us until the actualy booking that's 2 day and did not use it the 2nd day. I do not recommend this hotel for the below reason. 1. BED AND BLANKETS were dirty and stinky. 2. Ac was not working 3.No hot water 4. No basic water provided in the room. 5. Doors were either being jammed or unable to close it.

The location of the property is good. Behaviour and support from the staff on duty is also good. Bed sheets are dirty but changed on taking up the issue with staffs. Tv was not working. Fridge is there in the reem but not in working condition. Wooden door and racks are very old, lot of bugs on the decomposed wood.

Very poor, only bed bugs can stay.

The bedsheet was spotted marks and towel is too smelly and shady. Rooms are small and no restaurant is available.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We had a lovely stay with exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

The service here was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick.

I recently stayed in the hotel for one night, and i regret to inform that my experience was disappointing. The room i was given did not match the appearance shown in your promotional materials. Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning properly, and the tv had not been recharged. This stay has left me with a very poor impression, and as a result, i will not be considering the hotel for any future visits.

No breakfast included instead taking cost for it. Very unhygienic washroom. Cockroaches on the floor and bed. Poor service. Images of room were entirely different as actual. Very sad and disappointing room

The time i spent here was excellent. Everything met expectations. A hotel can be like home.

The rooms were lovely and well-decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities.

They have bed bugs and cockroaches on the bed and room is not cleaned and broken stuffs. Cockroaches and bugs are roaming on room and bed as well. And the hotel management is not welling to work on those.

The room was very unhygienic with full of cockroaches, dust. The bathroom was equally bad. We booked 2 rooms & one of them didn’t have tv. The food was was good, and transportation from the hotel was also good. We stayed there for a week and the workers never once came to clean the rooms.
