The Hangout

the property is good view wise as it's on the beach but the room AC was not working at all so had to face alot of difficulties; no servicing of ACs done as it is off season and no attention to that

It was very peaceful staying here. Staffs are extremely helpful. Highly recommended for any traveler. Good place for couple as itbis on the beach

It is nothing like the photos they put, it is such a dirty and dirty hotel and the owner does not even talk to the customer well.

Room ac was not working, toilet flush was broken, the room was a mess. Also the attitude of the staff was poor.

Its in the brink of collapse. Not friendly. No water no electricity.

Horrible experience with make my trip. Owner denied to give room, and ask for cancellation of booking. After lots of request, shifted family to other ordinary hotel where safety as well as hygiene was the major issue. Mmt is not taking care of customer.

The cottages were not as shown. only 2 cottages are beach facing, the cottage which we were given had no water in the bathroom, electricity was on and off all the time, bedsheets were unclean, dirty, not changed and had stains on it, the room was not cleaned properly, the fan wasn’t working, it was really hot in the room so do no for without ac room, staff was rude and not cooperative, location on google map was different, we were 3hrs late for checkout so they charged us 700rs for it. No toiletries were provided, they were red and black ants in the room. The hotel is on the arambol beach but not all cottages are beach facing.

Condition of hotel is very bad and Please avoid this hotel.

We had great expectations to have a hut experience during our trip. That's why we opt for hangout. But we had very bad experience. The hut they gave us had rats xxl size. It disturbed our sleep during both nights. We switched on lights so that rats won't attack us. But that attempt was also futile. Those rats ate our food. It toured our newly bro-ugh american tourister(5500rs) backpack and tom-my hilfiger ( 5000rs) back pack. We kept out sunglasses in its pouch. Those pouches are also torn-ed by the rats. I have the pictures of everything. Before we left the property we informed it to the manager. What he told was, "rats come from the underground what shall i do" that places is not good for hangout. It is better for hang a tourist out.

Room bathroom is bot having any hygiene, both need to develop alot, due to the storage of water under the room, somewhat smell is coming

No one to attend you. No hygiene. Just very unsystemetic. Think twice before going. Very very hot in daytime due to construction material is playboard. Only 2 sea facing rooms they have so please confirm before booking.
