Disappointing Stay at Jaipur. I recently stayed in Jaipur, expecting a luxurious experience given its high cost. Unfortunately, the reality was far from my expectations. Upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find outdated furnishings and amenities that seemed to have been neglected for a long time. The TV was broken, the oven wasn't working, and the cleaning was subpar. To make matters worse, the bathroom doors were damaged, and the overall ambiance was uninviting. The experience was a letdown, and I felt that the hotel failed to justify its exorbitant price. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's essential for the management to revamp the facilities, upgrade the amenities, and focus on providing a clean and comfortable environment for guests. Rating: 1/5 stars Recommendation:Avoid this hotel unless you're looking for a budget option with no expectation

During our recent stay at this hotel as a couple, we were deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The room was in an unacceptable condition-visibly dirty with burn marks in several areas, a non-functional tap, an unclean bathroom, and soiled bedsheets, making it an entirely unpleasant stay. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were disorganized and inefficient. We strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations due to the poor standards of cleanliness and service.

Very bad service And cleaning is very very bad

I wanted to check in around 1PM but after multiple room check-ins, room was given in the night 1:00AM. My room was filled with cockroaches and other insects, host said he can’t do anything. I had a terrible stay there. I request you for a refund asap.

Absolutely terrible experience, we didn’t even checkin to the rooms, had to stay out for more than 10 hours, no one responds to the phone number. Please note this are service apartment and not hotel rooms. Instead book fern retreat which is in same building with almost equal price.

Pathetic service, rooms were not cleaned. Recommend Fern Habitat instead of Grand Anukampa stay.

They attend you so well and everything is as it should be.
