The staff of the Tarangi was friendly, helped and guide us throughout our stay, all the meals were included in our package, first we had lunch, it was delicious specially chicken curry, than we had our evening snack, vegetables fingers was amazing, than we had our dinner also we visited Lord of the Drinks, ambience was good. Dinner was again upto mark, swimming pool was clean and meet good company there. Overall it’s a luxury stay with comfort of nature.

A Lush Green Experience

Property is at prime location with kosi river in front. Pine wood cottages are the best amoing all with a lush green space in front followed by river view where wildlife could be easily spotted. Food is above average with sufficient varieties however breakfast buffet is best.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights and the stay was peaceful. I was upgraded to a higher category room without any cost. This was a good gesture. Room was big and clean. Pool was also clean. Loved the space on the banks for Kosi river.

Reception staff was courteous,and listens to each query,solves every problem about AC,,TV any food etc. Cleanliness is also good. In restaurant services were fast and all the serving boys took care of our needs. Manager himself took care of all the customers. Riverside was also good.

It was an amazing property with a good location nearby the river Kosi, however service was not up to the mark. We were not welcomed by a welcome drink, no sleepers or bathrobe was there in the room as mentioned in the inclusions. We ordered tonic water multiple times but the staff was not even aware of what that is (which I believe is not up to the standards of a 5 star property)

The resort was not as per the expectation as the air conditioning was not working properly . We got locked in because of a faulty lock. The staff had to break the door lock.There were no apologies from the management for any complaints. The charge for one night with the food was around 30k for 4 people.The food was not as per the standard and costly

Given room in constructed area , room like 3 star property

Ist thing this not a five star property, room like 3 star property, they room given us in a construction area & charge aprox 16000 per night & told our property is sold out, i told hardly to reception he say change our room but to many things & luggage with us also a kid we not able to change room.

very unprofessional staff , no one is looking after , pathetic services in food as well as in stay .ridiculous food services in morning breakfast very less food options . I would recommend everyone to avoid it
