I have stayed for four days and here is my review : positive things - location is near by colva beach. Owners are approachable and friendly. Bathroom was clean. Improvements- ac never worked during the stay. It gets on and gets off in 30 seconds. 2 curtains were covering the window, it moves and needs to be adjusted all the time. Would be good to have one lengthy curtain to cover up the entire window.

Basics on bed, attached washroom, tv, fridge, balcony, cupboard, chairs, hot water, towel. Clean and decent for solo travelers. Access to this location in nights are lonely, entry timings (it's a part of a house in residential colony) in nights due to dog dark etc. Drinking water (1 bottle for 3 days) was supplied, soap (1), washing or drying clothes are restricted. No help on early check in or late check out or locker etc.

No parking, no room service, no adjustments, nothing

It was terrible as the owner didn't provide parking and didn't mention anywhere. There was a place then also. And as we rented a car so to park anywhere outside was a risk. Buckets were also not provided, no daily room cleaning service. At the end 1 person was added and we were asking to provide one mattress and was ready to pay for that mattress but the owner asked to buy the new room. We checked upfront online on mm t 14 people can be adjusted in 5 rooms. The rooms were vacant the prior day but after requesting so much for early checking max 1 hour the owner didn't allow. Customer friendly and customer satisfaction aspects were literally unfollowed. Will not suggest anyone again.

The room was good. The property was just 5 minutes walk to the beach. They maintained cleanliness very well and overall stay was worth as per the price we paid.
