Vagamon Tea County Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker

Rooms are very clean and good.

There is no toiletries, mineral water was provided. Hot water was not available. Only good part was the view and the care taker. Not satisfied.

The location of the property was ideal but the washroom was not good. The caretaker Mr. Ananthu was extremely decent & helpful. However, the property owner needs to activate the property's kitchen.

Stay at this place was average. Room is not that well clean. Drinking water was not provided. View from bedroom was good, overall for the price stay was not worth it.

The place was quiet, the receptionist was nice, and the room was clean. But the bedsheets and comforter looked like they had been used. But overall, it was a good experience.

Very good experience in tea county, wonderful outside view from here, good rooms, clean and neat place, caretaker is a good man. He will arrange food for me from the hotels in correct time. We will lost the way on the way, the man will call several time to clear the route. We will have a wonderful experience here at vagamon tea county. I will suggest my friends and relatives to stay here when coming to vagamon

It was good room is near bit conjusted view is amazing near to all spots.

Room is good &higenic, well maintained but room rent is high we paid rs 3027 rs. 2000 is okay

The room was maintained and cleaned well. Good communication from the care taker and assisted well 24 hrs hot water availability. I'll prefer to stay if i visit vagamon again. We had good time when we were there

The place has a blissful few and is fairly easily accessible but better facilities are needed. Nobody was there to receive us when we went. The owner stays nearby but make sure to call him ahead of time. The house is provided raw. No cooking facilities, no toiletries. Some basic furniture is missing like at least a table or bedstands in the bedrooms is needed. Host was friendly so i hope this feedback is taken positively to make improvements.

Everything was perfect, staff was so friendly and helpful

Host was very helpful and cleanliness is remarkable. Helped us setup a grill and supplies. Although, the hotel was in a quite remote area and the public road is terrible, surroundings were calm.

There is only food delivery from outside, it's highly recommend to add food at home. Otherwise nice and peaceful place to spend.

To be honest, this property did felt more like a lodge than a resort. Basic necessities was not provided. Had to be asked multiple times. The property is a bit run down. There is lack of regular maintenance. Cleaning was lacking. Although power back up is advertised, its only connected to lights and not to fan. If you are getting this place for 1000 rs/night, then its worth it. Carry own bath towels etc. Only saving grace i can think of, is that, at night, views from this place is amazing. You can see the tea gardens

If there would have any play area for children. Then it will be more effective than now. Anyway it was very pleasant and relaxed stay. Really good for families. We enjoyed.

The place was very beautiful and our stay was very nice. Location was easy to find and the caretaker was cooperative. Food quality needs improvement however, the rooms were neat and tidy and comfortable. Facilities were commendable. I will recommend this property.

The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so comfortable and relaxing with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness and facilities were good. The staff was so humble and cooperative. They provide a very good service. Suitable for everyone and I must recommend the property to others.
