Hotel staff mehboob is good. always ready to connect and help. He arranged rental scooty for us and also arranged cab for airport. hotel is close to candolim beach about 500 meter. resturant and supermarket in 100 meter. location is on proper market. overall it's good experience.

The stay was pathetic, lack of hygiene , smelling rooms, Fan not working properly, Bathroom was not clean, building corridor was fully dusted. No proper assistance.

very poor experience, no room service, no tea/coffee, only room, no proper entrance, no electricity backup, whatever is shown are of their restaurant, every time you have to go through the restaurant to reach to your room

we both loved this stay, as this stay is near to Candolim beach and main road. easy to approach. rooms are clean. but there was some problem with AC. AC system should be improved and maintained properly
