Good rooms, location is close to temple. Parking available. Good staff.

We stayed for one night, the facility and the room was a really nice. We had a great experience overall

Rooms were not as clean as shown in the pictures. There was some smell in the rooms due to moisture in the walls and no proper ventilation. No elevator facility.

It cannot be called as Home Stay. In Home all facilities will be available. It may be House Stay. No food is available. Poor maintenance, even the flasks are very dirty no cleaning, even small cockroaches are in the flasks. Your patience will be tested here.

Overalll the receptionist guy was kind and the workers over there were sweet and helpful and the rooms were also so clean and very much comfortable and we had good experience there.

We have opted outside food but prefer coffee at the property, i must say that the hospitality is far excellent, location is ideal dor travellers to visit beaches, temples etc, on a count 10/10 and a worth visiting again

The hospitality was very good — the place was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. Customer service was excellent, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout. The location was convenient and offered easy access to main areas and attractions.

In the room that we were given, bed was placed on the corner of the room. When we are about to go to sleep we noticed that there is a slight mold on the wall just beside the bed so we thought of moving the bed further away from the wall and when moved the bed we couldn't believe that both the walls has complete mold and when we reached the staff about it they responded asking why did i move the bed? and was told it causes scratches. I couldn't believe that they are more concerned about scratches on the floor rather than what happens to the kids who breathes the air when they are inside the room filled with mold. And we paid rs 5600 for 2 rooms which is a lot. I wouldn't suggest anyone to rent a room at this property.

over priced, average home stay

For its affordable price this B n B is totally worth it....the staff and customer service was very friendly and helpful...overall a really enjoyable experience.

The property is prime located but not worth the money. the bathroom is very small and no restaurant in the homestay . otherwise the rooms are spacious and the care taker is very accomodative.

very clean dorms . my family of 5 stayed there . The staff are so polite and humble. I recommend for family and friends also. Trust me the most affordable stay I could find in Udupi.
