Location: The road for the villa from mainroad is narrow and difficult for my reach with my car I had a plan to visit temple early morning, woke up at 05.00 am to my surprise there was no water in the tank. I called the phone number we got through the make mytrip, they did not respond. Contacted other person , somehow sorted the water problem.

Thank you for the feedback sir. Apologies for the inconvenience. We cannot help with the road sir Coastal side roads are narrow and some guests like such roads. It depends on people. Hope you did not find any issues till you reach the property as it was not reported. Regarding water issue hope max it took 5-10 mins and water was back. Hope our staff guided you and also made sure water was back..hope it was not left unnoticed and stayed for long hours without water. Do visit us again we will make sure to provide you the best service

Terrible Stay

We are having very terrible experience so far from this booking. Not a single service is as per expectation. We were waited outside the house for almost 1. 30 hours then shifted another property for temporarily where the ac was not working. I request makemytrip to take strong action and apologies to us. This experience will be shared in social media very soon
