From the time we entered it was a soothing experience . Food at both restaurant was good. Morning Complimentary breakfast was sumptuous and grand. Loved it. Only Problem was Coffee shop where BF was arranged was too small and guest who were late were kept waiting. Better management is required during those times .Otherwise good stay.

Location is very convenient & away from noise disturbances. Food is excellent & staff is very polite & obliging

Ocean Pearl is a nice hotel at a good location in Udupi. The room was good. The complimentary breakfast was really good with a lot of options. I stayed there with my family on two separate days. We did face a few issues though. The first time we stayed there, the receptionist was so indifferent. She didn't task too us properly. She hardly shared any information. She just gave us the room key card. There was no luggage assistance. No information was shared regarding the restaurant timings or anything like that. But the others at the front office were nice and helpful. Another issue: Water would spread into the bathroom area from the shower cubicle. It happened in both rooms that we stayed in. But the maintenance team was quick in drying up the bathroom after or shower. Overall, a nice stay but they need to fix a few things. Especially they need to educate the front office staff about hospitality.

Our stay at the Ocean Pearl was delightful. Right from the support with locating the property before check-in to the check-out every touch point with the staff was excellently dealt with. The food was tasty and the menu had a lot of options to choose from. My child was served one breakfast item after the scheduled time without hassles and no extra money. Thanks for that. The room was well maintained and the room service was prompt. Only fault I could find is the missing door mat at the bathroom.

Ocean pearl in Udupi is a perfect place for both family and business trips. Location is in the main road. Valet Parking is available. Sagar Ratha pure veg restaurant was awesome. Rooms are very clean with polite staff. Highly recommended in udupi

Overall, a satisfying experience. The stay was comfortable, food quality was good, and the location is ideal. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring smooth service throughout.

The was easy to locate,well connected and is 10mins walk to udupi sree krishna temple... The room were well laid out, spacious and comforting. The two restaurants were equally good and the vegetatarian restaurant was a step ahead than usual vegetarian restaurant. The morning buffet was good with good spread and tasty. The staff in the front office, restaurant and house keeping were equally helpful and courteous.

Breakfast area has leakage from roof. It does not feel good in rainy reason. pls fix leakge from roof. wallet parking requires staff at 8 am. I had to bring my luggage in the muddy area and load the luggaes myself in the car. also during checkin no staff brought my luggages to the room. this is a very very cold attitude shown in reception. pls get some training from ocean pearle mangalore on customer service.

hotel has bad policy that only 1 dental kit is provided by default in the room even if multiple persons checkin. remaining dental kit and shaving kit are provided only based on request. I had to make 4 calls to get it. Housekeeping is very slow. Probably the hotel needs more staff.

we stayed for one night at this hotel. the staff was polite, rooms are neat and clean. bathroom was clean with good flow of hot water for shower , even early morning at 4 a.m. all in all a good experience. we had a comfortable stay.
