The receptionist is rude. They all are borderline unprofessional. I stayed at the ground floor and they played loud music each day and every morning starting from 4:00 am. The only good thing was the kitchen staff but again, straight away refused to give me a room when i said that i've already done the booking.

Never book in this hotel because the staff or service here is very useless, the room is very dirty, the tv ac fan is not working properly and the bed is very dirty as seen in the photos. Don't book here at all. The name or address given on makemyrip to this hotel is wrong mentioned. I'm totally disappointed in this hotel room and service staffs.

The first room allotted did not have a working ac. The second room had a working ac but the room was made on a terrace which was weird. The rooms were very basic. The washroom needs more cleaning. In booking they added breakfast as complimentary, but they denied when we ordered. They need to clear this thing on mm t as it is misleading.
