Room need to upgrade rooms are spacious but bathroom is tooo small breakfast menu limited item only. dinner food also limited item. not good for taking dinner food. near airport but far from city

overall a decent 3 star hotel. My only concern is hot water was not there

The room was just an average. Bathroom wash basin was shaky. Not classy as given . The restaurant staff was not at all customer friendly.

Service was good and food is tasty. Need to focus on cleaning the rooms and toilets before shorwing the room to guest.

The room was pathetic, felt suffocating, the and the washroom area not felt clean, the approach of the receptionist was really bad. It was not a clean place. Worst maintenence.

It’s not worth for money! Cleanliness is worth less and I paid for king size bed but I don’t think so they gave me that....

Actually we often visit Orbis... it's like home...but this time especially in restroom cleanliness was really bad. They have to do some cleaning

The place was very clean and tidy . Check in was very smooth . Though food price was on the higher side it’s worth it . It’s a 10/10 to choose if you’re looking for a cozy but economical stay right in the heart of the city which also comes with the roadside view . All whole it was an enjoyable stay .

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I noticed a complete lack of cleanliness — the room was dirty, the bathroom had stains, and the bed sheets looked unchanged. It felt extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable to stay even for a night. On top of that, I felt completely cheated. The pictures and description online were totally misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. What was promised and what was provided were worlds apart. For the price charged, this was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others not to book this place if they value cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay experience. The room allotted to me was nowhere close to the standards expected, especially after paying ₹4,500 per night. The walls were patchy and poorly maintained, the room looked dull and unkept, and the overall upkeep and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. The room service was also unsatisfactory — not prompt, not attentive, and lacking professionalism. For the price I paid, I was expecting a comfortable and well-maintained room along with efficient service, but instead, the experience was very disappointing. This has been one of my worst experiences so far, and I sincerely urge the management to look into the maintenance of rooms and quality of service. Guests who pay a premium expect basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and courtesy, which were completely missing during my stay.

We stayed for one day and booked 4 rooms. Very comfortable. Special mention about the restaurant. Though it takes little more time. The taste and quality is excellent.

This hotel has the best possible location and is value for money. Excellent well appointed clean rooms. Best for business travellers .
