Super Hotel O Happy Homely Stay Near Pune Airport

No drinking water at my floor, common ro at ground floor had yellow water. This is a health. Hazard and should be checked. Mattress was uncomfortable

Hotel was good but service was very poor. There was no wi fi. There was no guy to serve water in room. There was no proper arrangement of food.

Bed not comfortable and back pain caused due to this. Services are poor. They take 30 minutes to serve water bottle.

Hotel is really good, clean and staff’s behaviour is great. Good vibes in there and the distance from airport is also less then 2km.

Worst hotel. Ac is not working in room. Even other guest are also complaining about ac. I never go to hotel again. Even after complaining, there is no response.

Food was okay too.

The hotel stay was amazing. The facility was so neat and clean all the times. Room and bathroom are pretty spacious. Staff is also amazing. We also enjoyed the marathi type of food there. Overall it's just wonderful. 5/5

The hotel service is very poor

I entered hotel around 6am in the morning, receptionist spoke rudely, they said no rooms available initially later they said not received any bookings. I had to walked out from the hotel. I booked another hotel. I didn't stay in that hotel at all nor i claimed for refund
